Services and project agreements
The details of each project — scope, milestones, delivery dates and cost — are set out in that project’s written proposal or contract, which takes precedence in case of any difference. Changes to the scope after the proposal is approved may affect time and cost, and apply only by mutual agreement.
Payment
Payments follow the milestones defined in the project proposal. Final hand-over of source code and access takes place after full settlement.
Ownership
After settlement, ownership of the custom source code, design and content produced for the project passes to the client. Open-source and third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their own licences.
Trading bots and financial systems
Trading bots and tools only execute the strategy defined by the client. Trading in financial markets carries risk; Aaya Designers Team does not guarantee any profit or financial outcome, and responsibility for trading decisions, settings and any losses lies with the client.
Support
The length and type of post-delivery support are defined in each project’s contract. Monthly support and maintenance can be provided as a separate service.
Confidentiality
Information and data provided by the client are treated as confidential and used only to carry out the project.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project and does not include indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date of the latest change is shown at the top of this page.
